Terms of Service

Intermediary Status

Vendify provides a marketplace to connect Event Organisers and Vendors. We are not an auctioneer, an event planner, or a party to any transaction.

The Contract of Sale

When a Vendor books a stall, a binding legal contract is formed directly between the Vendor and the Organiser. Vendify is not responsible for the performance, quality, safety, or cancellation of any event.

Service Fee

We charge a 10% platform fee deducted from the Organiser's final payout on each confirmed booking.

Stripe Connect

Payments are processed via Stripe. By using our platform, Organisers also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

Refunds

Organisers are solely responsible for setting their refund policy. If an event is cancelled, the Organiser must initiate refunds through the platform. Vendify is not liable for any refund disputes between Vendors and Organisers.

AI Matching

We use automated systems (AI) to suggest events to Vendors. These are suggestions only and do not guarantee a booking, a specific match quality, or event success.

Document Vault

Vendors are responsible for the validity and accuracy of all uploaded compliance documents (PLI, Food Hygiene Certificates, DBS checks, etc.). Vendify does not verify the legal sufficiency of these documents and accepts no liability for any issues arising from invalid or expired documentation.
