To improve our AI matching algorithm, prevent fraud, and maintain platform security.

For marketing emails, where you have explicitly opted in. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us at info@vendify.world.

Section 3: AI and Automated Processing

AI Matching (planned)

We plan to introduce AI matching. When we do, it will use Anthropic's Claude to analyse vendor profiles and event details in order to suggest relevant matches. For example, a vendor selling vegan food in London may be suggested food festivals in London. We will update this policy before that processing begins.

Clarity Bot

When you interact with our AI chatbot, your questions and the event's information are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. No personal data beyond your question is shared.

Human Oversight

You have the right to contest any automated decision that affects you. Contact us at info@vendify.world to request a human review.
