Section 3: AI and Automated Processing

The Matching Algorithm

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to analyse vendor profiles and event details in order to suggest relevant matches. For example, a vendor selling vegan food in London may be matched to food festivals in London.

The AI Event Concierge (Clarity Bot)

When you interact with our AI chatbot, your questions and the event's information are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. No personal data beyond your question is shared.

Human Oversight

You have the right to contest any automated match decision. Contact us at info@vendify.world to request a human review.
